Spend two nights in a beautiful home in Manzanita, overlooking the golf course, yet only three blocks to the beach and five blocks to the center of this charming beach town. The house has three bedrooms, three full baths, a gas burning fireplace, WIFI, W/D, and a roomy kitchen. House accommodates six to eight people.

Friendly House Spring Raffle will be drawn at 8:30 pm on April 20,
2024, at the Multnomah Athletic Club. The packages are valued as
follows: Beach House - $600, Wine Raffle - $800, and Lucky Line $1,000+.
Tickets can be purchased at one for $10 or three for $25, and no more
than 500 tickets will be sold for each package.Winners will be
notified by phone/email no later than Monday, April 22, 2024 at 6 PM.
You do not need to be present to win.
You must be 21+ to purchase tickets, winners will be asked for ID at the time of the drawing. You must be present in the state of Oregon at time of purchase. Free local delivery, winners outside of Portland will be responsible for the cost of shipping.
