A Weekend In Manzanita
Spend two nights in a beautiful home in Manzanita, overlooking the golf course, yet only three blocks to the beach and five blocks to the center of this charming beach town. The house has three bedrooms and three full baths and can comfortably accommodate six to eight people.
Donated by long-time Friendly House supporters John and Sarah Ferguson. Not available July, August or major holidays. Feel free to bring one dog, but no smoking please. House is available April 2025 through March 2026, subject to availability.

Friendly House Spring Raffle will be drawn at 8:30 pm on April 26,
2025, at the Multnomah Athletic Club. The packages are valued as
follows: Beach House - $700, Wine Raffle - $700, and Lucky Line - $1,000. Tickets can be purchased at one for $10 or three for $25, and no more
than 500 tickets will be sold for each package. Winners will be
notified by phone/email no later than Monday, April 28, 2025 at 6 PM.
You do not need to be present to win.
You must be 21+ to purchase tickets, winners will be asked for ID at the time of the drawing. You must be present in the state of Oregon at time of purchase. Free local delivery, winners outside of Portland will be responsible for the cost of shipping.
