Friendly House was founded in 1930, at the height of the Great Depression. For 90 years we have seen Portland through hard times and happy ones, and we have been honored to be the vehicle that so many people have used to help each other, and to receive help in our community.
The impact of COVID-19 has dramatically affected our ability to bring in funds that are need to provide our programs and services at the same time that our community's needs are increasing. We need your support more than ever! Our fundraising goal for this 90th Birthday is $90,000. That's a lot of candles, but we know you can help us light them!
We'll be celebrating all month long!
