How to Participate in Our Online Auction - 9AM PDT- 8:30 -PM PST May 29

General:

Bidding will open online at 9am PST and end at 8:30pm PST

Our live event is free to attend and will start at 6 pm on May 29 - you can join us here:  https://www.facebook.com/friendlyhouseinc/live

Step By Step Guide to Registering:

• You can (and should) register before the event. You can do that now by accessing this link to the event:  https://fh90bday.ggo.bid/  and click on "Start Bidding"  in the upper right corner—you will be prompted to register. If you were registered for our March online  auction you can enter your username and password and you won’t have to register again!
• After you click on "Start Bidding," you will be prompted to create an account. After you click "Create an account" and enter your email address, you will need to confirm your email address by clicking the link emailed to you. Once you click the link, you will be taken to the Greater Giving website where you will enter your contact information and credit card info in order to complete registration.
• Click the giant green gavel, and you will be free to peruse our assortment of auction packages. At 9 am on Friday the 29th, you may begin placing bids.
• We will also be sending you an automated message via text and email when bidding opens, and a link the night of the party so you can join our online celebration.

• If you are looking for raffle tickets, jam, or to purchase a “mystery preset” you can find those under the menu choice "Multisale."

• Shipping and Delivery Policy – The week after the auction we will be mailing (certificates) and delivering (items) to the winners in the Portland Metro area. If you live outside the Portland Metro area and you will be responsible for paying shipping and handling for your items.
• If you'd like to make a contribution towards our birthday by check please write FH B-day in the memo field and mail to : Friendly House 2617 NW Savier St. Portland, OR 97210.
• You will have to put in a credit card number to access online bidding. If you do not purchase anything you will NOT be charged. If you would like to bid online, but NOT pay by credit card, you will still need to enter your card number—just send an email to donate@friendlyhouse.com by Monday, June 1 letting us know you prefer to pay by cash or check and we will not charge your card.
